Fonts and missing boxes

Unicode has tens of thousands of characters. No phone ships every glyph. A tile that looks like a blank square, a tofu box, or a substitute icon means your operating system fell back. Update the OS, try another device, or pick a more common character from the same category.

Emoji style differences

The same emoji code point can look round on iPhone, flatter on Android, and different again on Windows. Color, size, and skin-tone sequences also vary. We show the character your browser has. We do not draw custom emoji art.

Games and social apps

Some games filter “special” letters. Some apps strip zero-width characters. A name that copies here may be rejected there. That is the other product’s rule, not a defect we can override.

Mentions of Free Fire, PUBG, Instagram, Discord, or similar products are examples of where people paste text. We are not affiliated with those companies. Trademarks belong to their owners.

Accuracy

Category names and counts are for navigation. Names of symbols follow common English labels, not always the official Unicode name. If you need a standard name for a technical document, check unicode.org.
