What to include

Tell us the page URL, the device (phone or computer), and what you expected versus what you saw. Screenshots help. If a legal page is wrong, say which heading. If a symbol is missing on your phone but visible on a computer, say so — that is usually a font issue, not a missing file on our side.

What we can and cannot do

We can fix theme bugs, update copy, and add categories. We cannot recover a name you already saved in a game, unlock a platform account, or change how Discord or Instagram render a character. We also cannot give legal advice beyond the text on our own legal pages.
