About Us

Cool Symbol is a small web tool for people who need a star, heart, arrow, currency sign, math sign, or emoji without installing an app. You open a category, tap a tile, and paste into a bio, a chat, or a game name. That is the whole idea.

Why it exists

Phones hide most Unicode in deep settings. Desktop character maps are easy to forget. We keep a large, searchable board in the browser so you can find a look that fits a nickname or a caption. Categories are the map: stars, hearts, arrows, music, weather, flags, and the rest.

How to use it

Use the search icon in the header (or press / on a keyboard) to find a name. On the homepage, scroll the boards and tap View all for the full set. Category pages list every character in that group. Copy uses your browser clipboard. If a tile looks empty, your device font does not include that character — that is not a broken button.

What we are not

We are not the Unicode Consortium, Apple, Google, or any social network. We do not sell fonts as files. We do not host user accounts or a social feed. Sister sites in the same network may use different colors or engines; this domain is the WordPress copy-paste board.
